Hi! I’m Kaitlyn Gingery, the owner and lead planner behind KG Events. My love for wedding planning started when I planned my own wedding—followed quickly by two of my best friends’ weddings within just two months. What started as something fun and meaningful quickly turned into a passion… and now a career I absolutely love.

With five years in the wedding industry, I’ve experienced weddings from every angle—catering, bartending, planning, coordinating, being a bridesmaid, and being a bride myself. That perspective allows me to anticipate needs, stay calm under pressure, and create a seamless, stress-free experience for my couples from start to finish.

I truly believe marriage is something so special, and it’s such an honor to walk alongside couples as they bring their vision to life. I love getting to know my brides, building that relationship, and making sure their day feels personal, meaningful, and beautifully executed. My goal is always to meet—and exceed—expectations every step of the way.

I’m also lucky to work alongside an incredible team—especially Clancey, my go-to team lead. She’s creative, detail-oriented, and plays such a big role in making wedding days run smoothly.
